In our underground car park you will find 400 reasons to come by car on two floors. And a few more to park your car with us again later. In accordance with the latest standards, our modern multi-storey car park offers enough space for every type of car, a clear guidance system, sophisticated lighting, as well as parking spaces for women and disabled persons. Our parking garage is open 24 hours a day. Currently, up to a daily maximum of 10.00 euros, each hour costs 2.00 euros.

Always ready to receive. Whether strolling, shopping or enjoying - so that you don't lose contact with your friends when you visit the Schultheiss Quartier, you can use our free WLAN throughout the centre. To access our free WLAN you only have to search the network and confirm the terms and conditions.
Tax Free Shopping
International travellers living outside the EU have the opportunity to claim reimbursement for German VAT. Here you'll find all participating partners.
While shopping
Customers who are entitled to VAT exemption must fill out the tax refund cheque completely and have it signed by the responsible staff member at the shop. You will also receive your invoice as well as a return envelope.
At customs
When leaving the EU simply show your purchases, invoices and passport to the customs officers. To confirm the exported goods, the tax refund cheque needs to be stamed by a customs officer.
At the refund point
Bring the tax refund cheque, your passport and bills to a nearby Refund Point and the money will be refunded to your credit card. Cash refunds are also available upon request. As a foreign customer you can also send the tax refund cheque and invoice to Global Blue and have the money refunded to your credit card as soon as possible or order a bank cheque.
